Description
  1. Guarantee the attachment location of a polarizer plate by image processing method to the pattern of panel.
  2. The positioning activity is extremely easy by image processing.

Flow of operation
  1. Alignment, scraper cleaning, image-processing and CF side affixing are performed on the indexing table in sequence.
  2. Supply to conveyor from a turn-over.
  3. Alignment, scraper cleaning, image-processing the TFT side affixing are performed on the other indexing table in sequence.
  4. Taken out from a conveyor by the operator.

  1. Automatically pealing separator-film
  2. Panel table turn over to another side. Both sides are adsorption plates.
  3. Affixing space has been sanctified by the air operated by FFU.
